Boca/Del Ray - Location TBD

6000 Glades Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33431

No château epitomizes great Bordeaux quite like Lafite. This iconic estate achieves a masterful balance of finesse and power, delivering a hedonistic tasting experience that is virtually unmatched. The Lafite vineyards, perched atop gravel mounds with deep clay, represent some of the finest terroirs in the Médoc. The blend is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, with the balance comprising Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot.Grapes are meticulously hand-harvested and vinified parcel by parcel. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats, followed by aging in barrels—100% new for Lafite, and a combination of new and one-year-old barrels for the second wine. Our dinner will celebrate Lafite’s modern era, which is arguably their best.

We will be serving many of the finest vintages of Lafite’s modern golden age, including: 1982, 1986, 1990, 1995, 1996, 1998, 2000, 2003, 2005, 2009, 2010, 2016, 1999, 2001, 2006.
