Reserved but attractively spicy aromas of red and black cherry, raspberry and violet scents are also trimmed in just enough wood to notice. The exceptionally rich, suave and opulent big-bodied flavors possess an attractive minerality that adds interest to the highly complex and powerful finish where a hint of warmth appears. This is a big and imposing wine that is once again very clearly built-to-age and I wouldn't think of opening a bottle before at least 10 years and it should reward close to 20.
